-60 RAM should work in a -90. I transplanted RAMs from -60 to -90
systems and it worked.

Yes. There are numbers printed at the PCB. The order is somthing like
0A
 1A
0B
 1B
 1C
0C
 1D
0D
You really have to look at the PCB to get it...
