I never tried running a KFQSA diskless...

The working CPU board has a sticker 

	DATE 10.4.92	ETCH F1
	REV.CODE PR	REV. B1

and two hand-soldered wires. I guess that's what DEC called a "field
upgrade"...
The EPROMS are labelled

	 DEC90		 DEC90
	LM9103		LM9108
	188E7		189E7

The faulty board has no special markings, the EPROMS are labelled

	 DEC89		 DEC89
	LM9013		LM9013
	190E7		191E7

Otherwise, i see no visible difference..
