I have the manuals at home but I'm pretty
sure you are correct ... all the VAX 4000
series use SHACs.

You will probably run across
the KFQSA (Q-bus) and KFMSA
(XMI) too. There is either an EISA
or PCI DSSI card too (or
possibly both!) - our Alpha
in the lab has one or the other.

I don't recall ever
seeing DEC DSSI controllers
for either VAXBI or (T)LSB.
