If someone really is interested, the souces to the RSX MSCP driver is
available in the RSX distribution, so anyone who have that can read how
DEC goes about on the UDA-50/KDA-50/RQDXn on the PDP-11.

It's quite a lot of MACRO-11 code, since the driver is divided into the
device and the port driver.
And MSCP and TMSCP share the port driver.
