Yep, I found it.  It's got it all in there and very well documented except that some of
the variable declarations aren't very descriptive...but that's ok...I'll finger through
the code and figure it out.

at the header of the dec_mscp.h file, it does mention "Derived from work by Stephen F.
Shirron" so I think I'll drop him a line and see what info he can funnel my way.
