The MS650 is ECC and the MS630 is Parity. They have different pinouts and 
the module connectors are slightly off from their position on the MS630 so 
that it is harder to screw up. (good way to figure out third party boards 
though!)

That being said, you want an M7621 (8MB) or M7622 (16MB) or if you can find 
one a Camintonn 32MB board. On the MS650 there are two grades, the -AA and 
the -BA. Using the 7622-BA you can upgrade the CPU to a KA660 (VAX 4000/200 
CPU) which is 5 VUPs.

These are fairly common on Ebay these days and for relatively little money 
($9) or so.
