Am I missing something? In my memories, Ultrix does support only one CPU. It
would be a shame to have 5 idle CPUs, but if you insist on doing so, just send
the unused CPU boards to my direction so that we can beef up vax6k.openecs.org

Have you tried CMUTEK TCP/IP? It run's "pretty well" under VMS 5.x and it is
free. CMUTEK is available from ftp://ftp.csus.edu/pub/cmuip/.
