Hi, Michael!
Here is the data for the "MicroVAX 3100 Model 96"
----------------------------------
(- Label on the frontside of the Cab says: "MicroVAX 3100-96" )
- Plate on the Backside --> Model: 49ZBM-B9
- KA56-A V2.6 VMB 2.15
- E/I 3E
I 0000003E 13001202
-E/P 20040004
P 20040004 03260901
- Show config:
... CPU-BD
... MEM
... DZ
... SCSI
3-L0-RZ26N 4-L0-RRD45 6-Adapter
... NI
- Show scsi:
SCSI Adapter A, SCSI ID 6
- DKA300 (DEC RZ26N)
- DKA400 (DEC RRD45)
-Show memory:
64 MB RAM, SIMM Set (0A, 0B, 0C, 0D) present
Memory Set 0: 00000000 to 03FFFFFF, 64 MB, 131072 good pages, 0 bad
pages
Total of 64 MB, ....
There is an externel SCSI-Connector (50pin Centronix). Is this SCSI-B?
The memory is specified as "DSIMM". The mem. slots look like FPM/EDO slots.
But I think the meory SIMMs are ECC-Memory! ?? I wonder whether those SIMMs
were used
in PC - servers too?
Does the DZ Interface serve the 3 serial MJ connectors? Are they supported
under NetBSD?
(The system is really fast (for a VAX). I installed OVMS 7.3)
Thanks in adcance for your help and best regards. / Hilmar.
