Thanks for the help I'am past this problem and on to
the next ( mopd segmentation falt core dump ).

Unable to edit password file in single user mode my
setenv Term vt100 command was not found. Reloaded from
cdrom and set up new user with password then transfer
worked. What have I learned ? I don't use vi well most
all of netbsd is magic, just don't let the smoke out
it never works without the smoke.
