It's not officially released (as in there is no press release), but the
1.5.1 directories on the ftp server are unlocked, so you can get them now.

Also, if you cvs or sup the release-1-5 source tree, you'll be getting
1.5.1.

NetBSD does this this way to distribute the load on the server(s) over a
few days. They'll probably make an announcement in the next day or two.
