I highly reccomend buying an intermodal cargo container to use as a
storage outbuilding.  They're strong, airtight and cheap.

I got my 20' one for ~$1200 delivered (plus about $30 for concrete blocks
to put it on.

The bulk of mine is taken over by a CM5 and 3 big UPSes and about 8 boxes
of VMS manuals but I've managed to squeeze about 40 DECstation and
VAXstation boxes in as well.
