Hm... let me describe the following situation:
I tried some spare memory modules from my Personal DECstation in my VAXstation
3100/76 a while ago, and they just shorted the power supply, the machine didn't
power up.
Recently, i tries the same modules in my DECsystem 5000/133, and they work.
And now?

They all were 80ns. This was my first thought also, but i verified it :)
