I think that depends mainly on the speed of the RAM. The VS3100m76 RAM
has usualy 100ns, the VS4k RAM has 80ns or less. I can not check this
now, but if I remember rigt there is some VS3100m76 RAM with 80ns from
Kingston in my VS4k60 and it works well.
