As i know, you can't, as support is added just in -current and will so be
available with 1.6. Boot loader works, but currently, you can't boot from
SCSI. But there is a way to get the booter via MOP, and tell the kernel about
the root-device later. I use
BOOT /3 EZA0
[blahblah]
boot sd(0)netbsd
[blahblah]
root-device: sd0a
dump-device: sd0b
