It has 50mb ram (3x16mb cards + 2mb onboard), and a KA660 cpu.

I lucked into the scsi card via my MVII BA123 crate that a Linux type
was trying to port LinuxVAX onto, but it never worked for him.  So,
I moved the controller over to the 4000 box, and it works!

Alas, my BA123 crate now runs one 700mb esdi drive.  I gotta find
a second one, somewhere, for it.
