	Yes. If both PSUs startup reliably, then you do not need
	the load card. It performs no other function (although I guess
	it might be a grant card too - but I've never seen
	one anywhere other than the leftmost slot).

	If you are unlucky, your cards may not suck enough
	power to keep the PSU happy - but you would have to
	be *really* unlucky.
