VAXen:

4000/200 -> SOC
4000/300 -> Rigel
4000/400 and upwards -> NVAX
4000/100 and sisters -> NVAX

VAXstations:

4000/VLC -> SOC
4000/60  -> Mariah
4000/90 and upwards -> NVAX

I think there are no 4000 MicroVAXen, these were just called VAX in this
series.

MicroVAX 3100/80 or so and upwards also use NVAX or maybe Mariah CPUs
VAXstation 3100/76 uses Rigel
