The star coupler itself is light. It is a coaxial patch panel. The SC008
cabinet that they typically come in can hold two star couplers. It is
about 1m tall, quite heavy, and not essential for the operation of the
equipment. At a disaster recovery site I saw a star coupler mounted
against a wall instead of in the SC008 cabinet for ease of changing
configurations.

No power. Only CI cables go in & out of star coupler cabinet.
