I am trying to install NetBSD-1.5 vaxcd.iso onto the B bus of a
MicroVAX 3100 M20.  The cd image is on DKB100, and I want to install
on DKB0.  Alas, it only recognizes DKA*.  Is there any boot facility
that recognizes DKB* for initial installation?
