	I used terminal servers that had been set up to advertise
	a LAT service on a given port (via DEFINE SERVICE iirc)
	and then used SET HOST/LAT from an OpenVMS
	workstation.

	In addition, the BREAK stuff only works on the
	alternate console (again, that's from memory).
