Hi all,
probably this is on OT.
I have a mvaxII with two Maxtor RD54 h.d.; until few days ago it was =
o.k., now the second h.d., instead of making the typical two-tones =
startup sound, makes a very very long hoarse single tone.
Two or three minutes after, it makes the two-tones startup sound, the =
the mvax can boot netbsd.
The disk appears functioning, no problem after start, I tested it for =
hours.
Any idea ?
