I have a VS3100/M30 running NetBSD 1.5. The console/printer port is
connected to a Linux box and any time Linux is rebooted or shutdown, the
VAX halts. Is there a way to change this behavior? My PDP-11/73 has a
switch to prevent console breaks from causing a halt. Is something
similar available for the VAX? I have searched for information and found
the topic, but no solutions. Any suggestions?

PS The VAX only has 8MB of memory, any cheap sources of additional
memory?
