Subject: Bad RAM?

Hello,

I just turned on my VAX today and noticed that as it was testing my RAM,
it really slowed down at the last two blocks. "show mem" at the
bootloader gives me:

>>> SHOW MEM

	MEM_TOP = 00800000
	MEM_BOT = 00000000

	  MEM_NOT_AVAIL
	-----------------
	007C3400:007FFFFF

Is this indicating faulty RAM? This is somewhat puzzling for me as, IIRC,
I only have onboard RAM. The "show config" says this about my RAM:

DEVNBR   DEVNAM          INFO
------   --------   -------------------------
     5        MEM   ?? 001 0072
                    8MB = SY=8MB, S0/1=0MB, S2/3=0MB, S4/5=0MB

I know nothing about VAX hardware - does the SY mean that it's onboard?

Thank you for your time,
