The VMS CPU Model Summary lists the VS4000/90 at 32.8 and the VS4000/90A
at 38.5 in terms of SPECmark89 (as denoted by the 'S' appearing next to
the value.  They didn't list a VUPs rating.  I'm not sure how SPECmark89
translates into VUPs.

It would be interesting to see how the VS4000/90 and 90A rate in terms of
Dhrystones.  So what if benchmarks are bogus? :-)
