ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/vms/pk2k is the last URL where I have seen that
patch and VMS driver. You need VMS to do the patch and an EPROM burner
to read / write the ROM code. 

I can boot with this patch into the second stage NetBSD bootstrap. But
then it fails to load the kernel. I seems that the second stage
bootstrap does not know about the VS2k SCSI controller. :-(
