Thanks to you and the other people who pointed me at images - the DS200 is
up and running like a charm.

As for licensing - I got a license pack with the box, it's never been
filled out - there's one form you have to fill out in septicate (7
copies) - what were Digital thinking! Just a shame I didn't get the
original media or manuals for it.
