When booting via MOP, you just name the "vxt" file "VXT.SYS", boot with
B /100 ESA0
on the VXT and enter "VXT" as bootfile
TFTP: no clue, didn't use it for several years i think.
In TV, there are bluescreens to put a faked reality behind a real played scene,
in Windows, you sometimes see the real scene, when the fakes go out for lunch.
