I have a BA213, or its mini-sized-tower brother. My expectation is
that things should be identical with the BA215 dssi setup.

OK, I may play with it some over the next several days and see if I can
make an SQ706 work in the thing off the DSSI lines. It would be a
good thing to know (just don't use the dssi connector on the end of
the cable for anything, until rewired or replaced with a centronics
connector plate like on the VS60 cabinet).
