For execution I don't have any idea, however the 'file' command gets its 
information from the file /usr/share/misc/magic and in that file there is 
no entry for 4.3-Reno binaries (or any 4.3 binaries for that matter, just 
dump files apparently.

But it does know about Gameboy and Gamegear roms, I guess we're moving down 
the technology chain :-)
