Maybe this should be at the netbsd.org hardware pages?

Figured it out after a while.

The serial port hardware were no longer content with RS-232 and would only
accept DEC-423. (Tested on a VT340+)

Maybe there is a need for more docs/link about DEC-423 and RS-423?
