Hello,

One of the nice things of a vax is of course there speed. But because
something waiting extremly long starts to suck i was wondering about
something?

Is it possible to compile file on a completely other system and then copy
them?

the vax is a Uvax II running NetBSD 1.5_BETA2 and the other system is a
pentium 150 running redhat 6.1.

Can this be done and what should i do to get this working?

thanks,
bart

btw: has someone compiled postgresql on a vax lately?
