True, but they came from the same bed. Since, it seems that the 1.0A
could be run up on a Reno, if I am reading the info correctly, by
merely changing about 5 files. My goal is to go backwards and
recreate a running Reno, and maybe Tahoe from the NetBSD-1.0A.

AFAIK, MVII support came in on Tahoe, but was there in skeleton shape
in 4.3. I have run into some folks with MVII's running straight 4.3,
Tahoe, and Quasijarus (a recent late model 4.3). But, I am not having
good luck getting them up on my particular MVII. I think it is scsi
hardware issues. I may have to try them on MFM or ESDI controllers.

That is what I was trying to find out. If that is it, then it's off
to Reno tonight......(:+}}...

Thanks
