Hi,
Following a couple of suggestions, I've got -> <- this close to an
install on my 4M mv3100 m10e, once I put another drive in and put some
swap on it. It seems to have dropped out part way though - I can see it
accessing the swap drive, but it didn't move to the next file in over an
hour (and as the file was only 45k or so). I have a suspicion it might be
a dodgy drive, or network timeouts is another possible (I had problems
with that earlier).

I should have a memory upgrade on the way, which will make life much
easier. What I really want is a boot kernel without a ramdisk, and the
installation filesystem in a format I can dump on my linux bootserver. I
don't know if anyone can help there.

This is my first attempt with NetBSD, perhaps I should have played on
some other box first, perhaps an i386 box with a sensible amount of RAM -
that's too easy tho :&) A low memory installation option would be a
godsend for those of us who come by low memory vaxen :&)

Bye for now,

       Matt
