Hi all
I'm curious about the .iso images that appear occasionally for BSD releases. I can easily write a CDROM for installation on my 3100 and install it, but I have not been able to create my own. I need an .iso image to take home (from work where my write is located) so I can update my vax. Currently it is running 1.4A.
Question: Are there steps that describe how to pack up the vax/bin/usr/etc (and other) packages from the distro such that the cdrom is bootable and installable. Otherwise, is there normally a .iso image(s) released for the BSD distributions because otherwise I can't update my 3100?
Any info would be useful on how to package up the distributions to make a bootable VAX cdrom.
