Are Q-bus and LSI-11 bus the same thing?

Is one a superset of the other?

Im asking this because I found some old DEC interfacing manuals
in my library and they talk about LSI-11 bus in great detail
 - enough that one could even design hardware for it perhaps.

When I check the index for 'Q-bus' it says 'See LSI-11 bus'
