Some time ago someone had posted on this mailing list info on the
POST codes for the VS3100M76. I am having trouble using the console.
Upon POST, I am getting a stream of garbage for about five lines then I
get the KA43 message. I have question marks after C and 7. There is an
underscore after 'A'. IIRC question marks indicate some kind of failure.
There seems to be a problem with the console via printer port. I have a
vt340 connected to the printer port. It seems like bit 4 of all data
received by the host is dropped. Instead of 'root' I get 'bood'. Yet all
the messages sent from the host to the terminal is correct.
