Continuing the ``let's add in a secondary TK50 tape'' mode.....
My machine has the following cards:
(*) SQ706A M3104 M9047 M9047 M7808 M7606
HD SCSI DHV11A grant grant MS630 KA630
(***)
(**) M7559
TKQ70
probably want to add the TKQ50 at (*), and a DELUA (if I can scrounge
one up) at (**). Also, if I can scrounge a 4M ram card at the grant
card (***)
So, the current card settings on the TKQ70 are:
+---------------------------------------------------------------+

J3
J4

SW1

J2 SW2

J1

+---------------------------------------------------------------+
SW1 = off off off off off off off off
SW2 = ON ON off ON off off off off
J1 = ON ON off off ON off ON off off off off
J2 = ON
J3 = ON
J4 = ON
What needs to be set to make the thing play as a secondary tape
controller with NetBSD?
Sadly, the HD scsi controller is only the HD one and not the combined
HD+tape one. Drat.....
Say, anyone got as spare DIFFERENTIAL SCSI TAPE CARD, I believe the
numbers are either SQ713A or SQ3723A, both by dilog. If I can find
one of those, I might can get my old IBM differential 9 track reel
tape deck up and running for some real Olde Tyme tape fun. Would it
be likely to work?
Also, anyone perchance got a spare TC15 or DQ322 or DQ302 or CTS11
1/4 inch cartridge tape interface card? That would also be of use
to write data exchange tapes. Where do I find out more info on
these cards?
And, lastly, perchance anyone got a spare DELQA (or even DENUA?)
with the cable and patch panel?
Yeah, I know, dream on... but, what the heck, I might get lucky,
right? .....(:+}}.....
Thanks
Bob
