Exactly.

I think so. Have you checked the green LED terminator, and did the
drives have the little Id keys plugged into the drives front ?

What exactly is your problem ? Did the drives spin-up ?
Did you see the drives at the >>> prompt ? Did you try to boot VMS ?


Now I just wonder what role this M9715 interface card plays, if nothing
is plugged on it.
This funky card is almost empty, with 60(!) 2W resistors in parallel and
some power regulators. A heating card for cold winters ???  :-)
