I did a cvs update from /usr/src/sys/arch/vax to see if any VAX specific 
files were out of date wrt to the archive and nothing came up.

I'm now trying a cvs update on the src/sys tree to see if perhaps something 
in the MI part of the VM system is hosed/changed.
