MS650s come in 4, 8, and 16MB. Third party boards go higher. From the 
chevron type SHO MEM and you'll see how much is in there. The KA640 board 
also has 4MB on the CPU card so you will probably see somthing like 12MB or 
20MB.

One full height DSSI drive or two half height (if you have the rails for 
them).

It will run Ultrix and VMS (and NetBSD (diskless at the moment))

Try HELP, they are pretty similar to the ones you are used to on _vaxes_ 
not on DECStations.
