	This is the 1.4.2 installer floppy kernel. The VS3100 is FTPing from a
Pentium 120 w/ WinBond 940 PCI ethernet using thin coax. From a 486
DX4-133 to the same Pentium box I get a rate of 1.05 MBytes/sec.
