Naw, average resistance on these things is in the megaohms range, figuring 
at 1Mohm you're only draining 5 microamps it won't damage them. It is 
"conductive" but it is really "antistatic" foam where you are trying to 
prevent the buildup of 15KV charges on pins. These dissipate in a megaohm 
very rapidly.
