Just power only.  No signals.  But you don't need in a skinny (BA23).

This is the crux of the problem.  You have a RQDX2 (or 1) controller
at home (quad) and a RQDX3 at work.  They use incompatible formats
for their disks (besides that the RQDX2 can only handle a RD52 or RD51).

No. No. The problem is that you need to take home a RQDX3 (M7555).
