NI is the network interface but it isn't toast because if it was then MOP
would never see the requests.
Given the failure message I'm guessing you need a different boot.mop file.
Just for grins, why not try the one that is in the snapshot directory and
see if that gives you better results.
Also, since your MAC address is 8:0:2b:e:4b:cb according to mop, create a
symlink in the tftpboot/mop directory from boot.mop to 08002b0e4bcb.SYS,
then you won't need to type b/100 when you boot, just >>>b esa0
