when I use ftp from the command prompt to whatever site  IConnect this is
the defaults

500 'EPSV': command not understood.
227 Entering Passive Mode (195,176,255,9,63,62)


this happens to me for any fto site.

how come it goes in the passive mode ??

I am not behind a firewall or anything.
