Hello.
I finally installed my 4000/60 on the network mariah.bo.infn.it
and surprise.... nothing work about the network

I think I set the right network semantic commands

ifconfig le0 inet 131.154.102.25 netmask 131.154.102.255 netmask 255.255.255.0
the netmask and boradcast are the required and correct one on my net.

and I Added "131.154.102.25 netmask 131.154.102.255 netmask 255.255.255.0"
option in the /etc/rc.conf file in the ifconfig_le0 entry

ifconfig_le0="131.154.102.25 netmask 131.154.102.255 broadcast 255.255.255.0"

this actrually is the ptoblem:

writing to inet socket: Network Unreachble

I even try to ping to the local IP 131.154.102.25
and I have no response. Seems like the Kernel TCP/IP Stack does no work or
the NIC is broken or soemthing ??

the test NI tells me everything OK and also the LEDs on hte HUB lights up
correctly when I Attach the rj45 UTP cable to the interface.

so what it can be ??

anyone could please help me ??
