I don't think so.

On the first two lines, there are two "netmask" options and no "braodcast"
options.

On the third line, you apparently swapped the netmask and the broadcast
address. Something like

[...]	131.154.102.25 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 131.154.102.255

or even

[...]	131.154.102.25 netmask 255.255.255.0

in all appropriate places should work.
