Subject: (Micro)VAX 4000/200 bootblocks

As in my situation it was the easiest way, I installed 'manually' the
latest snapshot (19991115 IIRC), after netbooting my 'new' VAX (dmesg
below) and using the kernel for ka660 up for download at
www.vaxpower.de/download/.

Netbooting and installing works alright. I do not seem to be able to
get bootblocks written to the disk though. Well none that work.

VMS is on the first disk (ra0). NetBSD on the other two. I've tried

disklabel -B ra1

(as well as several variants with -b). There are no errors
reported. But booting from the disk (DUB1) just hangs forever.

Disks are ok, after netbooting I have /usr and swap on them with no
problem.

Thank you for your time!

Marc Schneiders
