VAXstation 2000 MFM has been broken for ages, and due to the very special
constraints the VAXstation 2000 has wrt accessing the DMA area it wasn't 
just as simple as make it go after the SCSI fixes. I will look at it as
soon as I have a MV2000 set up for testing again.
