Well I suppose it isn't too surprising but the boot.fs uses the geometry in 
disktab called 'bootroot' :-)

I can now mount it and see it has 'boot' and 'netbsd' in it. This is going 
to be an issue with 1.5 as these files have gotten a bit larger with 
addition of the SCSI code.
